Supporting the Nation’s First Kidney Disease ECHO
The Missouri Kidney Program is proud to partner with the Missouri Telehealth Network in launching the nation’s first Kidney Disease ECHO. The ECHO will connect an interdisciplinary team of experts with primary care providers to improve:
- Early detection of chronic kidney disease (CKD).
- Co-management of CKD with diabetes and hypertension through best practices.
- Understanding of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
- Management of complex CKD patients.
